Who uses this app
Personal Health MCP is used by one person, its owner, to read their own data. It is not offered to other users.
Data it accesses
With the owner's consent, it reads (never writes) these Google Health data types: activity and fitness, health metrics and measurements, sleep, nutrition, profile, settings, ECG readings and irregular-rhythm notifications.
How the data is used
Only to answer the owner's own questions about their health data in the AI assistant they use on their computer. It is not used for advertising, profiling or any other purpose.
Where the data goes
- Requests go directly from the owner's computer to Google's servers.
- OAuth tokens are stored only on that computer, in files readable only by the owner's user account.
- The app runs no servers, databases, analytics or tracking of its own.
- Data the owner asks about is passed to their AI assistant, which processes it under the owner's own account with that assistant's provider.
Sharing
Data is never sold, shared with or transferred to anyone else.
Google API Services User Data Policy
The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention and deletion
Tokens are kept until access is revoked. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/connections; deleting the local token files also ends access. The app keeps no copies of health data.
