Personal Health MCP

A private, single-user tool. It lets its owner read their own Google Health data, recorded by a Fitbit tracker, in an AI assistant running on their own computer through the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

It is not a public service and is not offered to anyone else. It requests read-only access, and only to the owner's own Google Account.

It runs the open-source google-health-mcp server locally.
